Since my arrival on Hilton Head in 1974 I have witnessed the Gas Crisis, the 1980's interest rates, the tax reform act,  the financial apocalypse of 2008, and the covid craze.  In those years, I weathered the panic. I helped buyers realize their dreams of moving to the beach while helping sellers profit handsomely at the closing table.

Without my clients and fellow agents, I'd be in a much less fulfilling career. I consider that possibility everyday when I wake up. In those early morning hours, I thank god for family, friends, life in paradise, and for the opportunity to continue helping you live and thrive on Hilton Head Island.
