In addition to helping with the normal things one would expect from a real estate agent, you not only did favors we asked of you since we are from Pittsburgh, you also volunteered and did things we would have never have thought to ask. These included things such as: finding a pool contractor or three, securing a permit for the pool including counting the trees on the property and dusting off your engineering skills, coordinating the home inspection and following up on all the repairs even having your own plumber check out the findings, recommending a decorator and seeing that she got in the house to deliver the furniture, recommending a property manager, landscaper, mortgage company, attorney, etc..
