I do not even know where to begin to thank you for all you’ve done for Jean and I in helping us with the house in Hilton Head. It would have been enough for you to just help us find the house and close on it but you went far above and beyond our expectations that we still cannot believe it.
In addition to helping with the normal things one would expect from a real estate agent, you not only did favors we asked of you since we are from Pittsburgh, you also volunteered and did things we would have never have thought to ask. These included things such as: finding a pool contractor or three, securing a permit for the pool including counting the trees on the property and dusting off your engineering skills, coordinating the home inspection and following up on all the repairs even having your own plumber check out the findings, recommending a decorator and seeing that she got in the house to deliver the furniture, recommending a property manager, landscaper, mortgage company, attorney, etc..
Now you are even referring vacationers to our place for rentals, unbelievable! Believe it or not, you turned what was expected to be a very stressful experience into a stress free one. We are truly grateful to have met you and feel very fortunate that you were and continue to be there to help us."
