~ Hilton Head Real Estate ~Life is too short for shortcuts and not to own your own piece of Hilton Head Real Estate. I have been very fortunate to call Hilton Head my home since 1974. I have been helping clients achieve their Hilton Head real estate goals here since 1981. Whether you are moving on, moving up or considering your first piece of Hilton Head Island paradise here in the Lowcountry, there are a lot of things to consider. For years my clients have considered me a Hilton Head real estate resource here because I always put my clients long-term and short-term goals, needs, wants and desires at the forefront of anything we do together. All of my success is a by-product of this seemingly simple selling philosophy. About Me.
Forest Beach: The Forest Beach area of Hilton Head is a two and a half mile stretch of sandy beach, reaching from the Sea Pines Resort ocean gate to the Crown Plaza Resort in Shipyard Plantation. Forest Beach is divided into two main sections; South Forest Beach is a one mile stretch from the SP's gate to Coligny Circle while North Forest Beach runs from Coligny to the Crown. Search Forest Beach Properties.
Sea Pines: This is the location of the very recognizable landmark, red and white striped lighthouse. Built in 1969, the lighthouse aided sailors traveling the Calibogue Sound and the Intracoastal Waterway. Today the lighthouse is open to the public and overlooks an beautiful harbor filled with luxury yachts. Lining the marina are quaint shops and restaurants. Sea Pines Plantation has a variety of homes, villas, and townhomes with a variety of wonderful views of golf courses, woods, lagoons and ocean front. Seemingly endless amenities, which include the Sea Pines Racquet Club, South Beach Marina, 605 acres of forest preserve, miles of bike paths, Lawton Stables Equestrian Center, numerous pools and five miles of Atlantic Ocean beaches. This is a great plantation for everyone to enjoy. Sea Pines is a true paradise for the occasional visitor or cherished permanent resident. Search Sea Pines Properties.
Long Cove: Long Cove Club is found between Yacht Cove and Wexford Plantation as you near the island’s south end. There are 569 homes within this exquisite community. Recognized by Golf Digest magazine as the number one golf course in South Carolina for 10 consecutive years, the Pete Dye designed and recently renovated golf course is found within the boundaries of Long Cove Club. A highly-valued membership to this world-class golf course is included with ownership in Long Cove Club. The plantation developers thoughtfully chose to preserve the area’s mossy live oaks, magnolias and palmetto palm trees. The result is a wonderfully serene and wooded surrounding to the signature golf course. A tennis center was opened in 2002 and residents will also take advantage of the deepwater access to Broad Creek from the community’s boat docks. Search Long Cove Properties. |
